I provide individual therapy for adults across California, offering virtual therapy statewide. While I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, women's issues, and relationship challenges. Therapy is grounded in a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming approach that supports meaningful growth and sustainable change.
I accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, and Quest Behavioral Health. The private-pay rate for individual therapy is $175 per session. Superbills can be provided for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

I offer couples therapy for partners navigating the impact of ADHD on their relationship, providing virtual therapy throughout California. Together, we work to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and collaboratively develop practical strategies that support both partners. Therapy creates space to address recurring conflict, rebuild trust, and foster a more balanced, supportive partnership when ADHD, stress, anxiety, depression or relationship strain are present.

I provide clinical supervision for California associate therapists who are accruing hours toward licensure, including AMFTs and APCCs. Supervision focuses on developing clinical competency, ethical decision-making, and strong case conceptualization, while supporting professional growth and confidence. My approach is structured yet collaborative, offering a supportive space to deepen clinical skills and clarify professional identity. All supervision is provided in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements. Clinical supervision is offered at a rate of $100 per hour.
